WapiSnap integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API to provide messaging services on your behalf. In the course of providing these services we may process and store:

• WhatsApp messages (text, media, interactive messages) sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business Account (WABA).
• Contact information of end users who interact with your WABA, including phone numbers and profile names.
• Message templates, flow configurations and broadcast lists you create within the platform.
• Media files (images, documents, audio, video) exchanged during conversations.

This data is processed solely to deliver the Services to you and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform (e.g., Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure).

AI and BYOLLM (Bring Your Own LLM)

WapiSnap allows you to connect your own AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, etc.) to power AI-driven chatbot features. When you provide your own keys:

• Your API keys are stored in encrypted format on our servers and are never exposed in plaintext.
• AI requests are sent directly from our servers to your chosen AI provider using your keys. We do not intercept, log or store AI model responses beyond what is necessary for the conversation flow.
• You are solely responsible for usage costs incurred with your AI provider.
• We recommend reviewing your AI provider’s privacy policy and data handling practices.

Cookies

Cookies are sent to your browser from our website and stored on your computer’s hard drive to enable you to more easily communicate and interact with the Site and Services. Your name or other personally identifiable information is not collected or stored by a cookie; however, we may combine the data from cookies with other personally identifiable information.
