All our clients are very important to us, which is why Isometrica Experiences Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “WapiSnap”) has created this Refund Policy to let you know how we handle refunds for subscriptions purchased on our website https://wapisnap.com.
The terms “You”, “Your” and “Yours” refer to the entity, person or organisation using our website. “We”, “us” and “our” refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or affiliates. This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Service.
Trial Period and Decision to Subscribe
We offer a free tier of WapiSnap that lets you evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision. We also offer a 14-day trial period on paid plans. During this time we encourage you to test WapiSnap’s features — shared inbox, flow builder, broadcasts, BYOLLM — and consult our support team for any questions before committing to a paid subscription.
Purchase, Cancellation & Refund
Once you subscribe to WapiSnap (whether monthly or yearly), your licence will be activated after your payment has cleared. Once activated, you may cancel your subscription at any time — it will remain active for the remaining period with no automatic renewal.
Example (yearly): If you purchase a yearly subscription on 1st January 2026 and cancel on 4th February 2026, your subscription continues until 31st December 2026 with no auto-renewal.
Example (monthly): If you purchase a monthly subscription on 1st January 2026 and cancel on 25th January 2026, your subscription continues until 31st January 2026 with no auto-renewal.
Please note that we do not provide refunds. We have this policy in place as it is not possible to “return” access to a cloud-based software service.
WhatsApp Conversation Charges
WapiSnap applies zero markup on WhatsApp per-conversation charges. These costs are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) payment method and are completely outside our control. As such:
- We cannot issue refunds for WhatsApp conversation charges — they are between you and Meta.
- For disputes about conversation billing, contact Meta’s WhatsApp Business support directly.
AI Provider Charges (BYOLLM)
If you use the BYOLLM feature with your own API keys, any usage charges from your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, etc.) are billed directly by that provider. We have no control over these charges and cannot issue refunds for them.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this Refund Policy. By subscribing to WapiSnap, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept the terms laid out here.
